Definitions

The following terms, when used in this document, carry the meanings assigned below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unequivocally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. This acceptance is effective from the date of your first interaction with the Platform and continues for the duration of your membership.

ind66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ind66 will notify Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any outstanding Balance before the revision effective date.

Eligibility

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local legislation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ind66 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an ind66 Account permanently suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

ind66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and the mobile phone number registered to your Indonesian SIM card.

One Account Policy: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or shared device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ind66 may suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances held within them without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ind66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility. ind66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to secure their credentials adequately.

You must notify ind66's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ind66 may temporarily freeze the Account while the matter is investigated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ind66 operates a Know Your Customer programme in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at ind66's discretion at any time.

When KYC is required, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — document must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming your date of birth demonstrating you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., BCA mobile banking screen showing your name, OVO account name).
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-volume activity, ind66 may request documentation supporting the legitimate source of funds deposited.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. ind66 targets a KYC review turnaround of two (2) business days. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC is successfully completed. ind66 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.

Deposits

ind66 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless stated otherwise:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) and BTC

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of transaction. ind66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ind66 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of the payment being confirmed by the banking network. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of on-chain confirmations for the relevant network (typically three confirmations for USDT/BTC).

ind66 is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to incorrect account details entered by the Member. Always verify the deposit destination details on screen before completing any transfer.

Withdrawals

Members may submit withdrawal requests to transfer their available real-money Balance to a verified payment method registered in their own name. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's Account must be in good standing with no active investigation, fraud flag, or compliance hold.
2. KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of ind66's compliance team (see Clause 5).
3. Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Credits must be fully met before the portion of Balance derived from those credits is eligible for withdrawal.
4. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen payment channel as displayed at the cashier.

ind66 targets the following withdrawal processing times once all conditions above are satisfied:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 5 minutes for approved requests during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically 15–60 minutes; may extend up to 24 hours during Indonesian public holidays or banking system maintenance windows.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC): Typically 15–30 minutes after internal approval, subject to on-chain network congestion.

ind66 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ind66 will notify the Member and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

ind66 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with key Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino games, slots, and specialty games may each carry a different contribution percentage. Consult the specific promotion for the applicable contribution table.
• Validity Period: Bonus Credits and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus credits will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Member may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, is stated on the promotion detail page.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (Sportsbook Rules, Live Casino Rules, Slots Rules, etc.). The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Wagers are binding once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen will be displayed before finalisation — it is the Member's responsibility to verify all selections before confirming.
• ind66 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred in the odds, price, or game configuration (e.g., a data feed error resulting in obviously incorrect odds being published). Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced at the time of placement may be voided at ind66's discretion, except where in-play (live) betting is explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding published limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• ind66 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes, refuse wagers, or limit markets for any Member at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ind66.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without express written consent from ind66.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from an exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of corrupt wagering practice.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ind66 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Registering or operating more than one Account (see Clause 4).
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

Responsible Gaming

ind66 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling habits among its Members. Gambling should always be viewed as entertainment — never as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ind66 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard at no charge and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, data compilations, and the ind66 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ind66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ind66.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use ind66 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of ind66's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ind66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, telecommunications infrastructure issues, actions of third-party service providers, or events beyond ind66's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Financial losses arising from the Member's own betting decisions, strategy choices, or misunderstanding of game rules or odds.
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to adequately secure their Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network congestion.

In all cases where ind66 is found liable under applicable law, ind66's aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

ind66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services.
• ind66 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with licensed KYC and AML service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

ind66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made:

• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered Account email address with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard processing procedures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ind66 holds its international gaming operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in ind66's licensing credentials, which are available on request via [email protected].

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following sequential process:

2. Escalated Review: If the initial contact does not resolve the matter, the Member may escalate to ind66's compliance team in writing. A formal written response will be provided within fourteen (14) business days.
3. Regulatory Complaint: If the matter remains unresolved following escalated review, the Member may submit a formal complaint to the licensing regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction ind66 operates.

Nothing in this clause limits ind66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
